- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- ¾ tsp powdered Stevia
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup hazelnut flour
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 325°F. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

Whisk the egg whites and vanilla until glossy peaks form.

Stir together the coconut, stevia, salt hazelnuts and cinnamon. Gently fold into the egg whites until well combined. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
4.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking trays at least1cm|1/2"apart and gently shape into ovals.
5.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on the baking trays for 5 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
