Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Vegetables

- 500 grams Rice
- 400 grams Veal shank
- 300 grams frozen ready to cook shrimp
- 2 day-old pancake
- 3 carrots
- 2 large white onions
- salt

- 2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- fresh cilantro
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps
Cut the veal into strips, season with salt and drizzle with the soy sauce. Mix well and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature. Defrost the shrimp and sprinkle with a little salt. Roll the pancake up and cut into strips.
Rinse, peel and thinly slice the carrots. Peel the onions and dice. Cook the rice according to package directions, drain. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
Add the carrots and onions to the pan, saute 2 minutes. Add the veal and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and saute until cooked through, about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in the oyster sauce and the rice, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Serve the rice hot, sprinkled with the cilantro. Top each serving with 2 pancake rolls.
