2 carrots
1 Red Bell pepper
200 grams Broccoli
150 grams Snow peas
1 garlic clove
1 ginger (about 2 cm piece)
2 Chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
2 Tbsps light soy sauce
2 Tbsps Fish sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel carrot and cut into thin slices.

Rinse bell pepper, cut into quarters, remove seeds and ribs and cut crosswise into thin strips.

Rinse broccoli, drain and cut into smaller pieces if necessary.

Rinse snow peas and remove ends.

5.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

Peel ginger and finely chop.

Cut chicken crosswise into slices.

Heat a wok or a large frying pan, add oil and quickly fry chicken in the wok while stirring. Remove chicken from the wok and set aside. Then add garlic and ginger and fry while stirring for about 1 minute. Add prepared vegetables, fry while stirring, cover and simmer for about 4 minutes. Mix cornstarch in a bowl with 1 cup of water, add to the wok and boil again while stirring. Then add chicken to the wok again, stir and season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and fish sauce.

Serve with rice.
