- 3 cups red Cherries (pitted)
- 1 cup Apple juice
- 1 cup Raspberry juice (cocktail)
- 1 Tbsp light Agave syrup
- 1 cup crushed Ice
- 1 Tbsp Shredded coconut
Product recommendation
Frozen cherries can be used instead of fresh if not available; substitute the ice for chilled water.
Preparation steps
1.
Combine all but four of the cherries in a food processor or blender.
2.
Add the apple juice, raspberry cocktail juice, agave nectar, and crushed ice.
3.
Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
4.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a cherry and some desiccated coconut.
