- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1.333 cups Coconut flakes
- 1 ⅔ cups sugar
- 1 ¼ cups soft butter
- 2 Nectarine
- 4 red Plum
- 1 fresh, green chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- ½ cup Red wine
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together the flour, coconut flakes and sugar. Then rub in the butter to produce a crumbly mixture. Put the crumble into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile wash, halve and stone the nectarines and plums and cut into small pieces. Wash and deseed the chili and cut into thin rings. Put the fruit into a pan with the brown sugar, wine and chili rings and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve the stewed fruit with the crumble.
