- For Meatloaf
- 24 ozs lean Ground lamb
- ¾ cup Oats
- ½ cup onions (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first eleven ingredients in a large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.

Mix Spinach, egg, and feta cheese in a large mixing bowl.

Put 2/3 of meat mixture into a loaf pan pressing down lightly to create a depression in the center. Fill with the spinach mixture and top with remaining meat.
4.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
