- 2 eggs
- ⅜ cup milk
- 6 Tbsps melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.333 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- ½ cup xylitol
- ¼ cup Golden raisins
- ⅛ cup Angelica (chopped)
- 0.333 cup chopped almonds
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 450g|1 lb loaf tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.

Beat the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.
3.
Put the remaining ingredients into another bowl and stir to combine. Stir into the egg mixture and put into the tin.

Bake for about 35 minutes, until cooked through and golden on top. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
