- 2 ⅔ cups Strawberries (cut into pieces)
- ¾ cup Yogurt
- 4 Tbsps elderflower syrup
- Vanilla bean
- 1 handful Ice
- 1 ⅔ cups milk
- lemon juice
- honey (to taste)
Preparation steps

Put the strawberries, yoghurt, elderflower syrup, vanilla seeds, ice cubes and a little milk in a mixer and blend to a fine purée. Add enough milk to achieve the desired consistency. Add a dash of lemon juice for flavour and sweeten to taste with honey.
