1 small Cucumber (peeled)
cup ham (finely diced)
1 cup Swiss cheese (finely diced)
3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps plain Yogurt
3 Tbsps Vinegar
2 Tbsps granulated sugar
2 Tbsps fresh Chives (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground peppers (to taste)

1 Cutting board, 1 Paper towel, 1 Non-stick pan mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Plate, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Peeler, 1 Mandoline, 2 runde gratin dishes (ca. 12 cm Ø), 1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 kleine Casserole dish, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Aluminum foil

Preparation steps

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions to the al dente stage. Pour cooked pasta into a colander and run under cold water. Set aside to thoroughly drain.

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the seeds; finely dice.
3.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar and sugar together. Fold in the finely chopped herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, radishes, cucumber, ham and cheese. Drizzle prepared dressing over mixture and toss thoroughly coat. Chill in the refrigerator prior to serving.
