Chard leaf (4 large, 4 small)

80 grams aged Gouda (grated)
4 slices smoked turkey breasts
1 ½ Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps soy sauce
peppers
4 small Wooden skewers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse swiss chard, drain and cut out stems. Blanch leaves in boiling, salted water for 1 minute, drain, rinse and drain.

Place 1 large swiss chard leaf on work surface and place 1 small swiss chard leaf on top of large leaf. Place 1 slice turkey breast on swiss chard leaves and sprinkle with cheese.

3.

Fold swiss chard leaves laterally and roll up and secure with wooden skewer. Heat oil in a pan and fry swiss chard rolls on all sides for about 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. To serve, cut in half and arrange on plate.
