- 250 grams Crème fraiche
- Chives (1/2 bunch)
- parsley (1/2 bunch)
- salt
- peppers
- 10 Shortcrust tartlets
- 10 Baking cups
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse herbs, and reserve some for garnish. Mince the rest mix with creme fraiche. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Put torteletts into ramekins and dollop with herb cream. Garnish with remaining herbs and serve.
