This is a great alternative to a traditional stuffed turkey. It has healthy nutrients, and it is lighter while still staying just as tasty.

Serve with a side salad, potatoes, or bread for a more complete meal. 

Ingredients

1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)

3 cups fresh Spinach
Nutmeg
½ cup peeled Walnut
1 Lime (zest grated, juiced)
25 ozs turkey breasts (ready to cook)
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
½ inch fresh ginger (grated)

Preparation steps

1.
Fry the garlic in a pot with 1 tbsp oil. Add the spinach and allow to wilt. Season with salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg. Remove from the heat and drain.

Dry roast the nuts, remove from the pan and leave to cool. Stir into the spinach along with the lime zest and season to taste.

Preheat the grill to hot.

Cut a pocket in each turkey breast and fill with the spinach mixture. Close with kitchen twine or tooth picks. Mix together the honey, soy sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice, 4 tbsp oil and the ginger. Season with salt and ground black pepper and brush onto the meat. Place on the grill and cook slowly for 25-30 min until golden brown.

Cut into slices and serve with a green salad.
