4 thin Turkey cutlets (each 150 grams)
salt

250 grams cream cheese
1 heaping tsp Semolina
1 handful Fresh herbs (as desired, for example:. mountain mint, dill flowers, sage flowers ...)
ground paprika
4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
2 Tbsps clarified butter
½ jar Cranberry

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Place turkey cutlets between two sheets and flatten slightly with a mallet or with a pan bottom. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix cream cheese with the flour until smooth. Set 1/4 of the herbs aside and chop the remainin herbs finely. Mix chopped herbs with the cream cheese and season lightly with salt. Spread on the cutlets and roll tightly. Secure with kitchen twine, sprinkle with paprika and roll in sesame seeds.

Heat butter in a pan and fry the rolls until browned on all sides. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in preheated oven about 30 minutes. Tear or chop the remaining herbs.

Remove twine. Place the rolls on a plate, garnish with herbs and serve with the cranberries.
