- 2 handfuls Arugula
- ½ Cucumber
- 7 ozs Cherry tomatoes
- 14 ozs meat substitute "fillet"
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Sandwich wraps (vegan)
- 4 ozs Soy- cream cheese
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the arugula, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse and slice the cucumber. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Cook the vegan meat fillets in hot oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

Heat the wraps in another pan 1-2 minutes until hot. Spread the cream cheese thinly on the wraps and cover with the arugula, the cooked vegan fillets, cucumber and tomatoes. To serve, season everything with a little salt and pepper, then roll up.
