- 1 ½ kilograms Vegetables (such as leeks, peas, carrots, tomatoes)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 300 grams Mozzarella
- 150 grams Parmesan
- ½ l milk
- 1 egg
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg
- 350 grams no-boil Lasagne noodle
- butter (for the mold)
Preparation steps

Rinse, clean and cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and Parmesan, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Butter a baking dish.

In the baking dish, alternate layers of noodles, vegetables and mozzarella, finishing with the noodles and pour the milk mixture over the top. Place the dish in a cold oven and then set it to 200°C (approximately 400°F) and bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
