- 2 ripe Tomatoes
- 1 green paprika (about 100 grams)
- 1 small, red onion
- 150 milliliters Vegetable juice (at will)
- 3 Tbsps Protein powder
- 200 milliliters vegetable stock
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- ½ tsp sweet ground paprika
- Celery (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse and coarsely chop the tomatoes. Rinse the pepper, halve, remove the seeds and chop. Peel and quarter the onion. Puree the vegetables with the vegetable juice.

Add the protein powder, vegetable stock and lemon juice. Mix well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well. Pour into tall glasses. Serve garnished with celery leaves.
