- 2 Zucchini
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 400 grams Quark
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- freshly grated Nutmeg
- 100 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
- scallions (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Preheat the convection oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Brush the molds with oil. Rinse, trim and chop the zucchini into small pieces. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop and mix with the vegetables and herbs. Distribute the vegetables into the quiche molds.

Stir the quark with the cream and eggs until smooth and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Serve garnished with chives.
