1 generous pinch Baking powder
vegetable oil (for greasing the waffle iron)
powdered sugar (for dusting)
150 grams Yogurt
100 grams Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps chopped Pistachio
1 packet Vanilla sugar
150 grams Raspberries
150 grams Blackberry
150 grams Red Currants
150 grams Strawberries
2 Tbsps lemon juice
80 grams powdered sugar

Preparation steps

For the waffles, mix the ingredients in a bowl and stir to a smooth batter. Preheat the waffle iron on medium heat, brush the baking surfaces with oil and spoon3 tablespoons batter onto the center of each well. Close waffle iron and cook about 4 minutes until golden waffles. Keep warm in oven.

Mix the yogurt with sour cream, pistachios and vanilla sugar. Rinse the berries and pat dry. Cut the strawberries in half and mix all the fruit with sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and marinate 10 minutes. Separate the waffles, place on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with the pistachio cream and fruit.
