- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp whole-grain Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- sugar
- 2 green Apple (or pears)
- 2 stalks Celery (sliced)
- 1 head Endive (finely shredded vertically)
- 4 Tbsps chopped Walnut
- 2 ½ ozs Parmesan (shaved)

1 Skillet, 1 flache Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Oven rack
Preparation steps

Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, oil and sugar to make a dressing. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
2.
Arrange the remaining ingredients on serving plates then drizzle over the dressing and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
