Mix together the walnuts, oats and a pinch of cinnamon. Melt the sugar in a hot pan. Add the nut and oat mixture and coat in the caramel for 1-2 minutes, stirring. Make sure that no particularly large clumps form. Transfer to a plate and leave to cool.

Purée half of the berries. Layer the purée in glasses, alternating with the yoghurt. Top with the remaining berries (cut the strawberries if too large) and serve sprinkled with the granola.
