- 1 Rhubarb (peeled)
- 2 cups clear Apple juice (ice cold)
- 2 cups Sparkling mineral water (ice cold)
- 3 cups dry Champagne (or non-alcoholic champagne)
- ⅜ cup Rhubarb juice
- ⅜ cup Red currant juice
- 1 ⅔ cups fresh Red currant
- Agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 sprig rosemary
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the rhubarb into fine strips using a potato peeler.

Mix the apple juice, mineral water, champagne, rhubarb and redcurrant juice in a punch bowl and add the redcurrants and rhubarb.
3.
Sweeten with the agave nectar to taste, garnish with rosemary and serve ice cold.
