- For the beef kebabs
- 2 ⅔ cups Beef (minced)
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Wasabi paste
- 1 egg (beaten)
- For the chicken kebabs
- 2 ⅔ cups Chicken breasts (cut into small chunks)
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- ½ red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 egg (beaten)

Dipping Sauce A refreshing dipping sauce can be made from combining soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tsp sugar and a little chilli sauce.
Preparation steps

Mix together the ingredients for the beef kebabs in a bowl, using your hands to make sure everything is combined thoroughly. Form into meatballs the size of golf balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Place the chicken kebab ingredients in a bowl, making sure everything is thoroughly combined and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Thread the meatballs and chicken pieces onto soaked wooden skewers and griddle over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until the meat is cooked through. Serve hot.
