Yogurt adds tons of satiating protein to this healthy breakfast, while rapsberries and blackberries provide cell-protecting antioxidants.
Feel free to use whichever fruit you prefer in this recipe. Peaches, apples or tropical fruits like pineapple or mango taste great in this healthy bowl.

- 4 cups Yogurt
- 1 Apple
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Blackberry
- 4 Tbsps crunchy Muesli
- 4 tsps honey
- to decorate
- mint
Preparation steps
1.
Divide the yoghurt between 4 bowls. Peel, quarter and core the apples and cut into small slices. Place the apple into the bowls and mix with the yoghurt.
2.
Wash the berries and carefully pat dry. Spoon some of the crunchy muesli and a few berries over the yoghurt and drizzle some honey on top. Decorate with mint and serve.
