- 18 ozs Zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 6 ozs Whipped cream
- 4 ozs Gruyere
- 4 Dill flower
- salt
- peppers
- butter (for greasing)
Preparation steps

Rinse the zucchini and cut off the ends. Cut lengthwise into approximately 1/10 inch slices, blanch for 1 minute in salted water, remove and drain well.

Whisk the eggs with the cream and the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish and pour in the egg mixture. Let it thicken for about 10 minutes at 350ºF in the oven.
3.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a ring shape and push them into the egg mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve garnished with dill.
