250 grams slivered almonds
50 grams sugar
1 Vanilla bean (split lengthwise)
250 grams Milk chocolate couveture
10 grams Coconut oil

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the almonds in a dry frying pan. Remove from the pan and let cool. Bring 1 tablespoon water to a boil with the sugar and vanilla bean seeds. Mix in the almonds and let cool.  

2.

Chop the chocolate coarsely and melt with the coconut oil in a bowl set over a hot water bath. Stir in the almonds. Spoon teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper and let the clusters harden.

3.

Or spoon into paper liners and let harden.
