1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsps Corn oil

4 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (approximately 375°F) top and bottom heat.

Rinse the carp, pat dry, cut into chops, and gently score the skin to avoid curling.

3.

Stir together the pepper, honey, soy sauce and oil. Place the fish pieces on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and brush with the marinade. Bake in the preheated oven about 15 minutes, turning once and brushing again with the marinade. Then sprinkle with the sliced almonds and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
