This unique drink is full of healthy fats from the avocado and peanut butter and nutrients from the cucumer.
If you don't like spice, leave out the chili flakes. This flavor combination is different, so if it is too unique for your palette, then leave out the cucumber.

- 3 cups Almond milk
- ½ cup crushed Ice
- ¼ cup Peanut butter
- 1 small Cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 1 large, Haas Avocado (pitted and diced)
- cilantro (leaves picked)
- ½ Lime (juiced)
- salt
- 1 tsp red Chili powder (to garnish)
Preparation steps

Combine the almond milk, crushed ice, peanut butter, cucumber, avocado, a handful of coriander leaves, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender.

Blend on high until smooth.

Pour into glasses and garnish with more coriander leaves and a pinch of chilli powder on top.
