Nutritional values

Amaranth is especially beneficial for vegetarians or vegans as its rich in iron. A 100 gram serving contains 9 milligrams of this trace mineral, which helps support healthy blood. The fruity cream cheese and sour cream mix contains a lot of vitamin B2 and calcium, which are good for the bones.

Sour red currants are not for everyone. If you want a less tart flavor, you can substitute for strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, or peaches.
