Amaretto Cherry Layered Dessert

Nutritional values
Either way, this dessert is for enjoyment and not for health benefits. Because the cream contains alcohol, sugar and fat, all foods that we should not eat too often. However, healthy people do not have to do without it completely, on special occasions like Christmas we can treat ourselves to the delicious Amaretto cherry cream.
If you would like to make the Amaretto cherry cream a little lighter, replace the mascarpone with creamy stirred curd. If you do without alcohol, you can spread the Amaretto for the cherries without substitution and use 1 tablespoon of almond paste for the cream.
