- 12 slices Toast
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 slices Processed cheese
- 400 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 24 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
- 200 grams black Olives (pitted)
- ½ lemon (juice)
- freshly ground peppers
- Sea salt
- 1 handful Basil
Preparation steps

Turn on the broiler.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and cover with the slices of toast. Sprinkle with a little oil and broil until golden brown, watching carefully. Remove from the oven and rub with the cut surfaces of the halved garlic cloves. Turn and broil until the second side is golden brown. Remove and cover with the cheese slices.
Rinse, clean and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the anchovy and pat dry. Drain the olives and cut in half. Combine with the tomatoes and the anchovies and spoon onto the toast. Drizzle with the lemon juice and the remaining oil. Add pepper and a little salt. Broil for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven and serve sprinkled with coarsely chopped basil.
