500 grams Pastry flour
1 packet Dry yeast
75 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
225 milliliters lukewarm milk
100 grams melted, cooled butter

1 lemon (Juice)

2 packets Glaze (clear)
500 milliliters clear Apple juice

Preparation steps

Mix the flour and dry yeast in a bowl. Add the sugar, salt, milk and butter and mix, using the dough hook of a hand mixer, until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30-40 minutes in a warm place until the dough has visibly increased.

Rinse, peel and cut the apples into quarters. Remove the core and cut apple into wedges. Mix with the lemon juice. Roll out the dough on a well-greased baking sheet. Place apple slices close together over the dough and sprinkle with raisins. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 20-30 minutes. Let cool.

Prepare the glaze powder according to package using the apple juice and sugar and spread over the apples.
