12 cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
½ Lime
1 tsp coarsely chopped cilantro
¼ tsp honey
2 Tbsps Wheat germ oil
4 - 5 tart, green Apple (such as Granny Smith)
Iodized salt (with fluoride)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Rinse lime with hot water, dry and finely zest. Squeeze juice and mix with cilantro, honey and 2 tablespoons oil.

2.

Rinse apples, quarter, remove cores and cut into small, bite-size cubes. Mix with shrimp and vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Add zest if desired and serve.
