100 grams Blackberry
80 grams Pastry flour
2 Tbsps sugar
3 Tbsps Oats
50 grams butter

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Peel the apple, quarter, remove core and cut into small cubes. Mix with lemon juice. Rinse the blackberries, pick over and gently pat dry. Place 4 baking rings (about 7 cm diameter/approximately 3 inch diameter) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix apple with blackberries and divide among the rings.

For the crumble, mix the flour with the sugar, oats and butter and rub between your hands to a crumbly texture. Spread over the fruit and bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Transfer individual portions to plates with a spatula, remove rings and serve lukewarm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
