Nutritional values

The protein-rich crabs are perfect muscle food and due to the polyunsaturated fatty acids they are also a super brain food. The iodine content of the delicate sea creatures is also a big plus and important for the formation of thyroid hormones.

The freshness of North Sea crabs is particularly noteworthy: they should be consumed on the day of purchase if possible. A better option for the not so spontaneous: crabs can also be bought deep-frozen.
