- 2 qts unfiltered Apple juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 small Apple (about 100 grams)
- 1 large lemon
- 4 ozs raisins

Preparation steps
Heat apple juice and cinnamon stick slowly in a large pot over low heat until warm.
Rinse apple thoroughly, wipe dry, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut into small cubes.
Rinse lemon in hot water, wipe dry and cut into thin slices.
Add apple cubes, lemon slices and raisins to the pot and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool for 5 minutes and serve in glasses.
