- 11 ozs sweet Apple
- ¼ cup Apple juice
- 1 dash lemon juice
- ⅔ cup Chocolate biscuit
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup natural Yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.15 cup sugar
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

1 große Cup, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 thermal tea pot
Preparation steps

Wash, peel, quarter and core the apples and dice very finely. Put the diced apple into a pan with the apple juice and lemon juice, cover and stew over a low heat for 2-3 minutes, or until soft. Leave to cool.

Put the biscuits and cocoa powder into a freezer bag and crush roughly. Mix the yoghurt smoothly with the vanilla extract and sugar. Fill 4 tall glasses with alternate layers of biscuit crumbs, apple and yoghurt, finishing with yoghurt. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
