- 4 sour Apple
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar (40 grams)
- 70 milliliters Whipped cream
- 80 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 8 Ladyfinger
- 8 Tbsps Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation steps
1.
Peel quarter and core 4 apples. Cut into small cubes.

Stir the apple cubes in a pan with 1 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil and cover. Stir occasionally over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the apples are softened. Remove from heat and let cool.

Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff. Mix gently with yogurt and remaining vanilla sugar.

Crumble the ladyfingers and distribute into 4 glasses. Drizzle with apple juice. Distribute the apple sauce onto the ladyfinger and cover with the cream. Dust with cocoa powder.
5.
Rinse the apples, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut into thin wedges and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. To serve, garnish with the apple slices.
