Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse and dry apples, cut off lids and scoop out pulp. Arrange apples in a buttered baking pan. Peel and dice potatoes. Rinse spinach and sage, shake dry and chop coarsely. Dice cheese and mix with spinach, sage and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and stuff apples with the mixture. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
