400 grams ripe Apricot
4 centiliters Orange liqueur
4 Tbsps lemon juice
5 Tbsps powdered sugar
400 grams Natural yogurt
100 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apricots, pat dry, cut in half, remove pit and slice. Mix with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and orange liquor and let sit for 30 minutes. Whip the cream.

2.

Stir together the yoghurt with the remaining powdered sugar and lemon juice. Fold in the cream. Combine the yogurt with apricots in 4 layers in serving glasses. Begin with a yoghurt layer and end with an apricot layer. Serve immediately.
