600 grams Lamb fillet
2 centimeters fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
2 Tbsps light, toasted Sesame seeds
2 Tbsps mixed, chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley, mint, and rosemary)
3 Tbsps Corn oil
2 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse the lamb, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel the ginger, garlic and onion. Finely grate the ginger. Thinly slice the garlic. Halve the onion and cut into thin strips. In a bowl, stir the lamb with the sesame oil, herbs, oil and soy sauce. Cover and marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove the lamb from the marinade. Heat a wok. Add the lamb, garlic, ginger and onion, and cook until the lamb is cooked to the desired doneness. Pour in the marinade and oyster sauce, and cook until heated through. Serve immediately.
