500 grams Udon Noodle
1 carrot
2 Tbsps sweet Chili sauce
2 Lime juice
4 Tbsps sesame oil
2 Tbsps soy sauce
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

Cook the udon noodles accroding to the package directions. Remove from the water and drain thoroughly.

Peel and julienne the carrot.

For the dressing, mix the chili sauce with the lime juice and the oil. Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper. Mix the udon noodles with the sesame seeds (minus 1 teaspoon) and the dressing. Toss to combine, then place the noodles into bowls. Sprinkle with the carrots and the remaining sesame seeds, and serve.
