- 250 grams Rice noodles
- 100 grams Snow peas
- 1 large carrot
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 can Corn (285 grams, drained)
- 1 can Tuna (in water, 150 grams)
- 50 grams soybean sprout
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain again.

Rinse snow peas and trim the ends, cook in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain again.

Peel carrot and cut into fine strips.

Drain corn, drain and separate tuna.

Season salad with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour and serve.
