- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 2 scallions (white parts only, finely chopped)
- 2 red chili peppers (deseeded and very finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- 3 cups fish stock
- 2 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 16 ozs King prawn
- cilantro (to garnish)

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 großer Pot, 1 evtl. Can opener, 1 Plate, 1 Fork, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Fine grater, 1 Immersion blender
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large pan and gently cook the shallots and spring onions until soft.

Add the chilli and garlic, cook for 2 minutes then add the stock and bring to a simmer. Add the soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar, bring to a simmer then add the prawns and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve garnished with cilantro leaves.
