12 shrimp
200 grams Baby corn cob
1 Red onion
1 garlic clove
2 chili peppers
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
1 tsp honey
soy sauce
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and blanch spinach in salted boiling water. Rinse and drain.

2.

Halve shrimp, devein and rinse.

3.

Rinse baby corn.

4.

Peel and cut onion into strips.

5.

Peel and finely chop garlic.

6.

Rinse chiles and cut into rings.

7.

Fry shrimp and baby corn in hot oil. Add sesame seeds, chiles, garlic and onion and stir-fry about 1 minute. Add spinach, honey, ginger, pepper and soy sauce and mix well. Season to taste and divide among plates.
