- 8 slices white bread
- 150 grams Herb cream cheese
- 2 Tomatoes
- olive oil
- 150 grams Turkey ham (sliced)
- 1 handful Sprout
- 100 grams Honey ham (sliced)
- 100 grams Salami (sliced)
- 100 grams Gouda (sliced)
- 100 grams Emmentaler cheese (sliced to taste)
- 2 Tbsps green Olives (pits removed)
- 2 Tbsps black olives (pits removed)
Preparation steps
1.
Drizzle bread with olive oil and grill until toasted on both sides.

Rinse tomatoes, drain and wipe dry and remove stems and cut into slices.
3.
Slice green and black olives.
4.
Spread cream cheese on four bread slices. Place tomato slices, turkey ham, sprouts and Gouda on two bread slices. Place olives, honey ham, salami and Emmentaler on two bread slices. For each, top with a slice of herb cream cheese bread. Cut in half with a sharp knife and serve.
