Assorted Maki

- 2 roasted Nori seaweed
- 1 pc pickled Daikon radish (about 10 cm or 4 inches)
- 200 grams cooked Sushi rice
- 4 Tbsps sweet and sour Chili sauce
- 1 pc Cucumber (bout 10 cm or 4 inches)
- 5 mint
- 50 grams Salmon
- ¼ Avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 generous pinch Wasabi
Preparation steps
Cut nori sheets in half.
Rinse radish and pat dry. Cut in half lengthwise and slice.
Place a piece of nori on the rolling mat. Add a quarter of the sushi rice spread and leave a narrow margin. Add a stripe of chili sauce to the center. Top with radish slices and roll up using the mat. Cut into 4 pieces.
Peel cucumber, cut in half, remove seeds and thinly slice. Add another piece of nori to the rolling mat. Add a quarter of the sushi rice, leaving a narrow margin around the edges. Add a stripe of chili sauce and mint leaves. Use rolling mat to roll up and Cut into 4 pieces. Drizzle with more sauce, to taste.
Mince salmon and mix with 1 tablespoon chili sauce. Place a sheet of nori on the rolling mat. Add a quarter of the sushi rice, leaving a narrow margin around the edge. Add salmon and chili sauce mixture and roll up using the rolling mat. Cut into 6 pieces.
Peel avocado, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately. Add a sheet of nori to the rolling mat. Add a quarter of the sushi rice, leaving a narrow margin around the edges. Spread wasabi paste onto rice. Add avocado strips on it and roll up using te rolling mat. Cut into 6 pieces. and serve with other rolls.
