Preparation steps

Peel the onions, halve lengthwise and cut into rings. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and remove the shell. Cut the flesh into slices. Rinse the apples, cut out cores and cut into fine wedges. Combine the two oils, lemon juice, paprika and chili powder in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Place the salad ingredients in bowl and toss to coat well. Season to taste and serve with whole grain or other bread.
