Preparation steps

1.

Halve vanilla beans lengthwise and scrape out seeds with a sharp knife. Heat milk with vanilla and pods and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Take out the vanilla pod.

2.

Cut avocado in half. Dissolve the pulp and puree with lemon juice and vanilla milk. Spread on plates.

3.

Rinse strawberries, pat dry, and cut into quarters or slices. Arrange on the avocado puree.
