- 2 finely diced, hardboiled eggs
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 200 grams finely diced, smoked Salmon
- 50 grams finely diced Pickled cucumber
- 2 Tbsps chopped Dill
- 1 Baguette
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp grated Horseradish (or from a jar)
- 2 Tbsps Ketchup
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- freshly grated Nutmeg
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.

Hollow out the bread. Place in a food processor along with the cream cheese and mayonnaise, and pulse until smooth. Stir in the egg, garlic, salmon, pickles, dill, horseradish and ketchup into the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
3.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the base of the baguette. Sandwich with the top half. Slice and serve.
