Preparation steps

1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C convection.

Clean and chop mushrooms. Blanch tomatoes and peel. Cut into quarters, core and dice finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, add tomatoes, garlic and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Spread mushroom mixture onto baguette slices, sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
